Great purchase. So far the bike meets all expectations. Horlan was awesome in resolving a few issues and even helped with troubleshooting some programming on the display and controller. Much appreciated.

    Absolutely love this e-bike. It got me outdoors again and off the couch. So first of all the UI is very intuitive. Its quite easy to view all the specs and change the pedal assist level without looking. Nice bright display even in sun. The dual batteries make range anxiety completely vanish, which I love! This thing is quick. It's an instant smile every time you ride. The suspension is awesome. You will be happy you have it when off-road. Also it's built much better than most of the other ebikes I've seen. Even the welding seams that aren't easily visible, like near the bottom of the bike, are perfect. But just as much as I love this bike I have to mention the customer service. It is phenomenal. They get back to you quickly and they actually care about making sure you are happy. I was on the fence about buying because all ebikes are expensive. Well I am so happy I decided to get this alaska pro, it has really shattered my expectations!! I would definitely recommend FreeSky for beginners and experts alike and I know this won't be my last purchase from them.

    A lot of e-bikes are just odd looking and the distance you can go on them sucks…this bike is awesome you can ride a long way it’s solid and stylish people complement it a lot i couldn’t be happier with my purchase

    Interesting bike. My first e-bike. The quality is great. The big tires are cushie. Gears works great. The speed is acceptable. Not overly fast. This bike is big and heavy. You can’t really lift it. Getting on and off is tricky. I’ve fallen once. Peddle assist is really something. Works very well. Overall, I like the bike a lot. It’s just large. I recommend it.

    This bike is VERY HEAVY. It is very tall, as well. Probably not a good choice for most senior citizens, like me. I’ve been hesitant to try and ride it for fear of falling on it. Having said that, it’s a good looking e-bike and I believe it would be great for someone more physically fit.

    The amount of torque for climbing steep hills, and mile range with battery is truly astonishing. I've now put over 500 miles on the bike and it still amazes me with each riding adventure. On Pas 2… I often travel 23 miles before the battery drops to 99%.
    Round trip to Harpers Ferry West Virginia and back, 46 miles…83% charge remaining. I made a few upgrades, street tires for smooth riding on paved roads, replaced the chainring for 56 tooth, and l also mounted a crate on the cargo rack.
    The Alaska pro exceeded all my expectations for build quality and all components.
