This is honest review…!! No paid or sample review I’ve had this e-bike for about a month now, and I’m very happy with it. The build quality is outstanding—it feels extremely heavy-duty, solid, and well-made. It has handled everything I’ve thrown at it without any issues. The motor is powerful, the battery lasts a long time, and the ride is smooth and comfortable on both roads and rougher trails.
I’ve also added a few accessories, including a rear child seat, and I’ve been riding with my baby. The bike feels very stable and secure even with the extra weight, which gives me a lot of confidence. It’s comfortable, easy to control, and has become a great way for us to enjoy rides together.
And i don’t wanna say anything about seller.as costumer we want seller like this guys.if u have any issues,they will solved it ASAP and they will take care of you until you satisfied.

Package took over a week to get here with multiple delays. Once arrived I found rear fender damaged, rear basket Damage, Middle of frame with chipped paint and rear section metal damage.
The front Brake system doesn't work, I've tried everything (I have assembled ebikes and pedal bikes before) yet I can not get the brakes to work on the front. Main issue, front wheel is warped causing the Disk brake to run every 50% rotation due to wheel to be some what off center. I have tried to deflate and re inflate wheel to work tat out but it seems the wheel itself is the culprit. The front light is off center and not pointing strait (you can not turn the light only tilt up and down) Rear disk brake has slight rub as well. Other complain is the Pedals. You can not turn sharply if you have a pedal in the down position (6 o'clock) as turning in that same direction because the pedal hits the pavement. It's like the pedals should be different for the size of the bike.
The rear basket comes not installed, mine had the four mounting holes all messed up as if it was on a bike and removed with force. Had multiple washers missing from screws as well.
Overall… The wait time and the quality of the bike is not to well. I took it on a 20 minute ride and besides all the for mentioned issues and if you remember to keep the pedal up when turning in that direction (so you don't hit the pavement) the bike performed well.. just Loud due to calipers and brakes and fendors all running and clicking.. and not having front brakes is an issue. The overall felt like I was sent a returned bike (used bike).
Really wish I could get a replacement straight from ESkute as this seller was a let down. I bought my wife's E300 from ESkute direct and it came faster and was Mint Condition, no issues.
