    My son has had this bike for 2 years and he’s rough on things, but it’s holding up even under his rough and tough and tumble treatment of it. The price was right and the quality is there.

    Love it. Had one little problem and Vivi Customer Service responded immediately. Great follow up. We take along on camping trips. The cruise feature is awesome for folks with arthritic hands. I just ordered one for him.

    Brakes really sucks

    Have had it for 3 months. This bike is very heavy. 1 star because of the brakes. They seem to be very weak for this weight class. Brake pads squeak like the whole street can hear it. Performed brake maintenance several times but still the same issue.
