    Great, but had a couple issues on arrival.

    I purchased this bike about 90 Days ago and overall has been a good experience. There were a couple issues.

    1 – When the package arrived I took outo the parts and discovered that the front tire Disc brake was bent. Fortunately it wasn't bent so bad that I couldn't mostly bend it back to shape. Unfortunately it still 'slips' against it each rotation and makes a slight noise.

    2 – There is a slight bump/bend in the rear tire, causing a small 'thump' feeling on each rotation. I felt around to ensure it wasn't a tube inflation issue, but it is a clear bend/bulge in the metal tire at one spot and there is a couple of spokes that are slightly deformed.

    Neither of those issues prevented the bike from working well. Although I certainly wouldn't be opposed to ViVi sending me, replacement back tire and disc break for the front.

    I've got about 500 Miles on the odometer and without much issue about to go 22 MPH on PAS with the 3 and 4 setting. I am able to bring my kiddo in a bike trailer to preshool back and forth nearly as quickly as I would driving our car, and it saves tons of gas. All of my riding has been inside a city, no rough trails or actual mountain biking.

    The battery leaves a bit to desire, as I have to charge it about every 15 miles but thats using max 19-22MPH for those 15 MPH in PAS. If I lower the setting, I can easily get about 30 – 40 miles before needing to recharge.

    I purchased a separate seat for about $20 which makes the rides a lot more comfortable, but the seat it came with didn't appear uncomfortable itself.

    I have had to adjust the brakes once after about 300 miles, as it became difficult to slow down. A slight adjustment made the braking back to normal, the only complaint is that front disc brake makes that noise.

    Rugged looking but comfortable.

    I purchased this bicycle for my daughter as she wanted a bike she could ride around town but also at the beach. We live about 3 miles away from the beach and she enjoys it on the road and also in the sand. This is perfect electric bike as it does good on the road and off road.

    No front or rear fenders

    Assembly was a breeze, test ride was great and comfortable. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because I'm missing the front and rear fender. And forget calling customer support because they will not answer the phone, they will send you to voicemail saying they are closed during their open hours.

    Vivi F26F Ebike

    I purchased my Vivi bike 2 months ago. I am at 900 miles of moderate trail riding. The bike has 7 gears and 5 power assist levels. I have not
    found any issue with the bike. The way my bike is set up it is perfect for the rail trail. I am a total beginner but I am totally hooked.

    Worst ebike ive ever purchsed… it basically a cheap chineese mountain bike with mid drive and rear shifter which in my opinion is pointless… its super heavy, yet feels really wobbley when riding not designed proportionally, and its an ebike and comes with a bell i think a 600$ ebike should be nicer than this

    This is an extreme product. It is very strong and easy to ride. Was easy to assemble. Highly recommend purchasing this bike you will not regret it.
