First time e-bike buyer, so I extensively researched reviews, videos, and friends with e-bikes. I’m 67 years old and have ridden hardtail MTB’s since the early ‘80s and started and rode bike patrol when I worked in the PD. We live on a farm in SW Maryland, off the Potomac River, and have miles of trails, parks, farmland and roads to ride on. I bowhunt a lot and wanted an e-bike to use on the farm for checking the fields, cameras and hunting here and on my annual trips to the Midwest. I purchased the Beagle, and after several rides thru farmland, park trails, C&O Canal path and local commute to town, the performance, design, fit, power, comfort, ease of assembly (Mancy from CS sent me the assembly video), the $400 valued included accessories, is unbelievable. I’ve tried friend’s “hunting e-bikes” before, that cost twice as much, and the Beagle performed on the same levels as the other bikes. Puckipuppy has called me TWICE to check on my purchase (what other company does this?) and initial contact with Mancy, from CS, had always explained, answered any questions I had.
I’m now trying to convert my wife to an e-bike, but she still loves her hardtail, and I’m thinking the Beagle 2 ST or the Samoyed is in her future!

I recently received my Puckipuppy bike, and it’s everything it was advertised to be and then some; even the packaging for shipment was phenomenal! The bike, itself, is well manufactured and has worked smoothly right out of the box. It was easy to assemble, and came with good tools to do so. The number of accessories that were included (fenders, mirrors, lock, water bottle holder, and then some) was mind blowing. I’ve had friends get bikes from other companies for similar prices, and they have all been envious of my bike; not to mention the quality of the seat. Don’t hesitate to get one for yourself; you won’t be disappointed!
