Bike came out torn up and when I charged it at night it fell over and there were severe damages and when I was in the nebiorhood riding I got off the bike to show someone then the bike throttle by its self and fell would not buy again and now it is in error 3 and this was before day 30 so we tried the refund and they only gave us 50 dollars back
I am really not satisfied with this bike. First it is extra heavy. I know electric bikes are supposed to be heavy but this one is extra. Second paid for assemblers come out to my home to put it together, on my account it said that the payment for them failed. So I assumed they were not coming out. When I was out running errands I get a notification on my ring camera that they were there since I thought the payment failed I missed them. So I got a local bike shop to put it together. The front wheel that came with the bike had a slit in it and I had to buy a new one. I have contacted the manufacturers about them sending me a new tire and it has been nothing but a runaround. After I did that the assemblers showed up again trying to put it together but I already had it done. They looked it over said they were still going to charge me. Luckily the charge got dismissed since it was already done.Thirdly I have had the bike lesson in a month in the screen that powers the bike on and controls the speed is no longer coming on. I have contacted the manufacturers once again let them know about all the issues and they want me to either take pictures and submit them oh they're going to see is a black screen I don't know what they're asking for. The other option they gave me was to send the bike back in the original box which got through away when the bike got assembled so that's no longer an option. They message me and said they can try to repair the stuff that needs to be done and credit me $50. I just spent almost $700 on a bike to get to work now I have to wait and take Ubers or the bus at $50 is not going to do me any good.
I would highly recommend not buying this bike and wasting your time.
