    Bike is fast and snappy! Overall, I give the bike a 9/10.

    1. Frame quality is good, feels sturdy.

    2. The clasp holding the frame together keeps opening (even after adjustment) while going over bumps. It has a failsafe so it won’t fold up on you while you ride but annoying.

    3. After 15 miles on the bike, one pedal completely came apart at the ball bearing. I reached out to customer service and got no response. Put some old pedals from another bike but I would like the folding ones back on it. EDIT: I did receive feedback on the pedal and they shipped out new ones right away. They are very helpful!

    4. Range is good and charge is as advertised.

    5. Easy to assemble and overall the folding is great for fitting in a small car. Also great for camping!

    6. Value is great if you get it on sale! Don’t spend more than $500 on this bike!

    Unit has substantial power and charges quickly and easily climbs terrains. Please note my height is 6ft 3inches 245lbs and it takes me anywhere effortlessly. The battery life is substantial takes you miles even if you don’t want to pedal and just use its raw power. If you’re interested in owning an E-bike look no further. 💯👍

    My bike was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I was able to easily put it together myself (though it took me a bit to get it out of the box). It runs well and is able to carry me for a good length of time (I use it to travel to and from work). It being so durable has definitely been a plus, with me falling over and all 😅. It folds relatively well, but it can be somewhat difficult by yourself as it does weigh a good 50lbs.

    I've recently reached out to them for a replacement part (as I keep falling over) and they've been very helpful! They are also very quick with their responses, which is honestly a first for me with companies.

    This is truly an excellent E-bike. The bike feels very sturdy and safe. The battery life is as described. You can travel at all speeds for either a relaxed or fast paced bike ride.

    I’m really impressed with my INVANTI TIDE 2 — it honestly exceeded my expectations!
    Everything came almost fully assembled; I only needed to attach the handlebar, seat, pedals, and the white front light — the whole setup took less than 15 minutes.

    The build quality is excellent, the motor is powerful, and the ride is smooth and comfortable.
    The design looks great, and the battery lasts a long time — perfect for daily commuting and weekend rides.

    Overall, this e-bike offers amazing value for the price.

    Excellent customer service and after-sales support!

    I had an issue with my Invanti Tide 2 e-bike showing E07 errors, and later the motor cable became damaged. I contacted the support team, explained the problem, and sent photos/videos.

    Their after-sales team was very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Honestly, I was only expecting a replacement cable, but they surprised me by sending a complete replacement wheel with the motor already installed.

    This is one of the best after-sales experiences I have ever had.

    Solid, but…

    The bike is solid, excellent quality. But, you need to think it through. I've been riding different bikes, a lot, for a few decades, and I still ride non-electric bikes. You have to understand what is this bike made for, good for, and what it is not good for. In general, for non-electric, even mountain bikes, the best bikes are the light ones with large wheels, unless you're into acrobatics or other special interests. For racing you want thin, flat tires. For city, unless you have a good reason, like off road or really bad road conditions, you would still prefer thin and relatively flat tires. But this bike has neither big nor, thin, nor flat tires. It is not light either. Battery alone is almost as heavy as a racing bike. The bike is made of solid metal and a lot of it. But, this is by design, on purpose, and in this case, it's a good thing. This is an ideal multi-purpose bike that can go all over the city, all 4 seasons, and handle moderate hiking and biking trails, that is if you just want to ride and to get through. All this within reason. If you need a bike for a single, specific use case only, look somewhere else. This is a versatile bike for someone who wants to use pedal assist only when needed. In traffic, you can start and accelerate faster than cars if/when you need to. It will take you uphill, even the steep ones. It has tires and suspension and will go off-road. The seat is wide and well padded. It comes with suspension seat shaft but you need to install it since the seat is mounted on the regular one. Both shafts can extend for a 1.85m (6ft) tall person. I tested the tire pressure and for me the optimal is 30, although, they go up to 40. I would strongly recommend buying a small portable tire infiltrator. These are not your bike tires for which I use a very small hand pump. The gears are excellent and they work well. I was riding it for several hours using pedal assist on 1 only on long uphill and even on a steep hill didn't need to go beyond level 1 assist. I like putting effort but I'm getting old (and lazy) so this is a perfect bike for me. And it's fun to ride. The breaks are good, but you need to adjust them. They shouldn't make any noise (make contact) when not depressed, but they did, when the bikes came. This is perfectly normal, but, if you're not experienced take them to bike shop, it takes only 5 min to adjust them. To take bikes to/from trails, unless you're a weightlifter, the roof rack is not an option. If you have more than one, like me, you need to check your bike rack and test if it can support the extra weight. Of course, take the battery off, it's heavy. The reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is that they are not designed for hanging bike racks. There's no horizontal bar of course, but the shape of the front shaft narrows towards the top so the horizontal bar is sliding up which isn't safe. Since the handle bars are adjustable, it's also not safe to put the horizontal bar under them. The best place is below the folding but the space there is very limited and the handle bars are then too high up. It's really unfortunate, and major design flaw. They do fold, if you have patients and space for them in your car, but they also get (very) dirty, and you will hit and hurt your hands and legs doing it, and did I mention they are heavy? To charge batteries in you car you'll need to carry chargers with you and you need an inverter or a battery bank (with one that you can charge while driving). If you're commuting long distances and use the motor a lot, you probably would need to carry the charger with you, so you'll need a bag. Most will fit on the rare. You will need a bell or electric siren, and I would recommend a mirror, phone holder, and a water bottle holder, the bike comes with screws for it. If you have more than one bike, the keys for the battery are different so you will need to mark your keys and batteries. The charger is a relatively slow one, which is better, but you will need to that the charging time into account when planning your trips.

    I just got this ebike and have put my first 200k on it… so far I love this invanti. While I'm aware there are premium ebikes out there, they're also at premium prices. I think the cost to value ratio is awesome. I can't say paying 2k more would be worth it…this bike is also comfortable to pedal as a normal bike with the battery off completely. I can travel across town and back with no worries about battery life. I like to use pedal assist 1 and 2 mostly with the throttle once in a while. Pas3 is pretty fast and the throttle is great when you need to cross a road in a hurry or just don't feel like pedaling. Great value!

    I just got this ebike and have put my first 200k on it… so far I love this invanti. While I'm aware there are premium ebikes out there, they're also at premium prices. I think the cost to value ratio is awesome. I can't say paying 2k more would be worth it…this bike is also comfortable to pedal as a normal bike with the battery off completely. I can travel across town and back with no worries about battery life. I like to use pedal assist 1 and 2 mostly with the throttle once in a while. Pas3 is pretty fast and the throttle is great when you need to cross a road in a hurry or just don't feel like pedaling. Great value!

    excellent bike so worth the money , on the heavy side but real sturdy!! had bought 2 one and had a problem with one, contacted the seller and they were excellent on shipping us a new speedometer . Great customer service for sure. Te bikes are exactly what we were looking for for e bikes they are easy to handle on the road transition easily from us doing the pedaling to pedal assist and batteries last a long time….GREAT PURCHASE!! and again KUDOS to their customer service !!
