The riding range also depends on battery life, rider’s weight, road condition, riding style, etc. QA1 If your ebike battery won’t charge, please follow the steps in order —1. Turn on the battery red switch ( Press the “I” on the red switch to turn it on). 2. Press the battery indicator to check the battery level. 3. Connect the charger’s DC port to the battery and observe the change of the charger’s indicator light. (Note: Do not connect the charger’s DC port when turning on the battery in step1. Please follow the operations in order.) QA2 What is the recommended tire pressure?— We recommend customer check the tire pressure before riding and recommend tires pressure is 40-45 PSI.
