Great E-Bike
Bought 2. One for me and one for the wife. These bikes are legit! Easy to assemble. Great workmanship in the build it appears. Performance has blown us both away. The power is great even for me at 6’1” 230 lbs! The battery life is also great. Can’t hardly kill these things. As far as I can tell, there only seems to be one negative, and that’s the seat. Throw it in the trash and get you a good quality softer seat. You’ll thank me later. Bottom line: For the money, these are an awesome choice!! No regrets.

    Product is of excellent quality with one exception. The shipper or packer damaged the Shimano right hand (gears 1-7) shifting lever cover and tiny rod inside. I have asked the supplier for a replacement part because I assembled the bike before discovering where the broken part belonged. The bike is a little heavy with the battery and motor, but that is to be expected. The frame is well made aluminum, and the tires are very good for mountain biking. I can't wait to get the broken part replaced and give it a try. I am disappointed in Shimano for making quality gears and cheap plastic gear shifter covers. I charged the battery for 4 hours as recommended, and the test switch on the battery didn't show the charge very well, but after installing on the eBike and turning it on, it showed a full charge. Very quality product for the price, it appears. Seller immediately shipped replacement part, and I had bike Shop install it. Bike works perfectly. Recommend seller.

    I bought this bike and had my first ride yesterday and WOW it was the best ever infact I've never rode up our hills with such ease. I am 54 years old female who has hip problems and reumatoid arthritis. Lockdown has been harder for us without having any hospital appointments. So we started riding bikes. i had a bike which i was unable to ride up a small hill and i would have to dismount and walk up the hill. I struggled a lot. 'then my husband told me to get an ebike. I had never heard of this until i looked on amazon. they were the best priced to my surprise. All other sites are doing them for crazy money and thats so expensive. So i trust amazon and bought this Ancheer one as i love the video and thought it looked easy to ride. I must say building it was so easy if you follow the instruction video on amazon. This bike is amazing. The pedal assist mode just does everything for you. It like you're getting 10 times the help. You must pedal to get this to work. low mode is plenty but for the uphill ride you can put it into medium mode by pressing the plus sign with your left hand. you will feel the bike speed up and you're doing less work. It was amazing i must say. Then for the best part. Now imaging being on a hill and at a traffic light . What a struggle especially for me. Not any more. Press the minus button so all the lights are off. Only battery lights visible. them twist the throttle like you do on a motorbike and you bike will move off so fast. Please do this in a park or open space first to get the feel of the bike. I had to practice in a playground first. I got lots of practice then i was confident. So please be careful if youre not a professional bike rider like me. I bought myself a helmet and other bits so i can be safe. I do not ride on the road much yet im still on the pavement. I will be good soon. I m definitely buying another one for my husband. My family do not leave this bike alone they all want to take it out. Very worth the money you will not find cheaper anywhere else. I bought the £25 warranty for 2 years also.
    Just one niggle. the screws are bit tough to get out of the wire box which is located near the pedal bar below the seat. Keep trying tho they do open with the little screwdriver provided. And the handle bar is tough to get off too as you have to install the new handlebar provided when you put the throttle on. Please all be safe as these bikes are fast. I see a lot of deliveroo drivers and food delivery drivers riding these bikes. 'they are absolutely fantastic. I bought the white for me now i will order the black for hubby. Make sure you buy a lock as you don't want any one pinching it. 'ride safe and have fun" thank you Amazon. Best value for money and the bike company email straight away if you have any questions. Big Thumbs up. Go buy this bike as you won't regret it.

    Not sure why the complaints about assembly. The tools are provided and it's very straight forward. They make it so easy and obvious, you don't even need the instructions. Took longer to open and unpack the box than it dud to build the bike. About 10mins to assemble. Seems good quality and very sturdy.
