Great Bikes
I bought the M1 and M2 bikes for my wife and I. I assembled them, which was easy enough. They have very good power. The pedal assist is great. I like the hand throttle a lot. One issue we have had is that both my wife's left pedal can off while riding. I had them tightened good. The threads on my pedal bar were stripped so I couldn't get my pedal to go in straight. I called up support and after sending them pictures and a description of the issue, they are sending me a new pedal bar and two new pedals. I am very happy with this and their support. Overall, I am very happy with the bikes.

    First the e-bikes were packed very well. The assembly was easy to do. They are made heavy duty and love the colors. We live in an area with hills. The power and speed handled them with no problems. The ride is very smooth and comfortable.

    My husband and I are absolutely loving our Aipas M2 Pro e-bikes! They were exactly what we needed to get outside, spend more time together, and enjoy the ride. The bikes are comfortable, easy to handle, and have plenty of power when we need it. We love the pedal assist, which makes longer rides fun and effortless.

    The quality has exceeded our expectations, and we’ve already made so many great memories on them. If you’re considering an e-bike, we highly recommend the Aipas M2 Pro. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️❤️

    They arrived 4 days earlier than estimated and in good condition! Assembled in about an hour and took them for a spin! Tons of power and feels very smooth. Would definitly buy them again!

    Missing nut!

    We bought the pair of bikes, A1 and A2. The A1 arrived early and the A2 two days later. Both ahead of schedule. They are heavy in the boxes and out, but the packing is incredible and itself quite heavy. So if you are not in good shape, you'll need help with it.

    Assembly is fairly easy if you are fairly handy with tools, which they provide. The hardest part of assembly is done. There is an excellent assembly video on the AIPAS website under support. It is much better than written instructions. However, even with that, there are things left out. Like, no instructions I have found for controls. Also, there is a switch on the battery. Does it need to be on or off? And in which position is it on or off? I believe the battery switch needs to be on for the bike to work. Another good point, the parts don't come in pieces. Each bolt, nut, bracket, etc. is on the bike, not in a bag. That facilitates assembly a lot. With the video, you should have a few problems.

    One must turn the bike upside down and then, after some installation, turn it right side up. Again, the bike is heavy. So have help or be strong.

    As for its weight, the bike is obviously well-built and strong. The large tires and thus wheels are another reason for its weight. Once finished, it rolls easily. I could not test ride mine (man's bike see below), however, did ride my significant others which is the women's bike, slightly smaller and step through. It rides well, the assist is quite good and strong quick response. Gears shift smootly, and while I have no hills nearby (I live in Florida) I believe it will handle most hills well.

    The problem was that the bike lacked two parts: the nut and flange washer for the right front. I called, and it is being shipped from China, so I have to wait. Seems they'd have parts like that in the U.S. I have searched all over our town for the parts. The nut is a 10m, but it is not a 1.5 thread, which Home Depot, Lowe's and ACE have. I have one other place I can look. However, I doubt I'll find black even if they have the right size and thread.

    I spoke with Customer service twice and emailed three times. The first person spoke accented English but was understandable and understood me. She was quite helpful. The second had very heavy accent and was difficult to understand and I didn't think she understood me well. ON email, they claimed they could not find my order, although I copied and pasted it from Amazon's site. They asked for a photo of the location for the part and a screenshot of the order. SInce there is only one nut and flange washer on the right side of the front wheel that is needed, I saw not need for either. Once they got it they arranged to send it. Probably wont see it for a week.

    The quality of these bikes in my experience is not so great. You get what you pay for.

    So I bought these bikes last fall, and I've had nothing but problems with the M1 pro. The chainring was received bent. So I had to replace that already. Then, on my first ride this season, the pedal snapped off the support arm going to the new chainring while I was pedaling up a hill, stripping out the threads. I'm in the middle of talking to aipas about getting that replaced again. Their customer support is pretty good about getting back to you in a timely fashion. But the quality of these bikes is not great. So keep that in mind. You get what you pay for. For a cheap ebike, they're fine. But you will be spending more money on them to keep them working, apparently, pretty often. If I were able to return the bikes at this point, I would.
