    I love this bike. I got it to replace one that was stolen, and I actually like this one better. It was extremely easy to put together, and it does fokd and fit into the back of my Jeep Trailhawk, with tge seats down. It's a bit awkward doing it alone, but I can get it in there. It does take up more space than I anticipated, but I have a cargi roof rack that takes care of that issue. I can still get quite a bit in there, you just have to Tetris things around a little. It didn't take long to get used to the settings, they're pretty easy understand. I topped out at 32mph, and that was a straight stretch of road. I'm fairly certain it will hit 40mph downhill. The seat is a little wonky looking, but it's comfortable, so it's staying put. The only thing I can't figure out is how to get the headlight to work- there's no button for it anywhere I can see, and I have been out after sunset, so t don't think that's the problem either. Regardless, this is a great bike, especially for the price. I've ridden on blacktop, concrete, dirt roads, gravel roads, and sand, as I'm presently in the Florida Keys. I definitely encourage getting this bike, if you're trying to make a decision, snd I honestly don't write many reviews. You won't regret this purchase!

    My initial review was not five stars, but I have changed it to five stars because of the customer service that I received from this company. After expressing a concern that I had over security features on the bike, they contacted me quickly and with a resolution that I feel went above and beyond. Plus after one week of having a bike riding an over 50 miles this bike is rock solid and battery for as long as I want to ride it at one time. I will be selling my other two bikes that do not fold and buying two more of these. The BMX style handlebars make a huge difference when riding and steering and comfortability.Good luck finding another bike with this kind of battery life and motor strength at this price point that is solid with great customer service.
