Quality E-bike that is very powerful and well built
This bike is a beast on and offroad. The 60V battery and powerful dual motors will surprise you. This bike is more like an offroad motor bike ready to take on some rough terrain at speed. It takes a few rides to get comfortable with the torque. The bike is heavy and built solid. The pearl iridescent white is beautiful. I have only ridden 2 other friends bikes and both said the Q* plus was quicker, faster, and easier to handle offroad. I have taken a few road trips and love the brake light and turn signals with the bright headlight. This bike is a great value at its price point. FENGQS clearly values the customer as I had an issue with the battery. After the service tech went through a few troubleshooting items, it was determined to provide me with a new battery. Love the bike and the service.

    It is fast. Would not recommend this for Children's use. Definitely a grown ups bike!

    Only gave it a 4 rating because when researching the bike it tells you it's for off-road use also. When you get the bike it says not waterproof. I planned on using it off-road fOR hunting and still will. As far as the bike it is well built easy to set up, instructions could be better and it is fast. I wasn't at full throttle and was going 33MPH. (Not for use by
    kids) If it was waterproof I would have given it a 5 Rating.

    It is "Refreshing" to see a Wrong made Right.
    I was unlucky to receive a bad battery with my new e bike. It would not take a charge. I emailed the seller and they replied that if I send them a video of me measuring battery voltage they would send me another battery.
    I sent them a video and they send me a new battery. The replacement battery works great. I am a happy camper.

    So far, a great ebike. I live in Arizona, so I got my first flat at 25 miles from a goathead, if you don't know what a goat head is, look it up. The stock tires and tubes are horribly thin and I had to buy new ones. This is standard I from what I have read, all ebikes come with crappy stock tires and tubes. Oh well. The bike is powerful enough to propell me up to 40 miles an hour. The bike looks great, and handles well. Battery life is as advertised, good value for money. Typical ebike assembly, front tire, seat, pedals, rear rack all need to be assembled, not that bad.

    Luggage rack needed to be bent in order for it to fit. No phone carrier and seat pokes me in the back. Otherthen that still, iam still testing the speed and can only go 29 to 30 mph. I ordered a wilder seat and bought my own phone carrier.
