What is the weight capacity of this electric bike? Is it suitable for people with a larger body weight?
Height of 5.41-6.23 feet and weight within 265 lbs. If your height is less than 5.41 feet or your weight exceeds 265 lbs, we do not recommend purchasing this bike. Returns for non-quality issues, we will not be able to provide a free return label.
How long does it take to charge and how to tell when the charging is complete? Can it removed for charging?
5-7 hours. 2 ways to tell if charging is complete: 1. The charger’s indicator light will change from red (charging) to green (fully charged); 2. The LCD display on the bike will show the battery level reaches 100%.
Do I need to bear the freight for returning it by myself? What if the product has serious quality problems or defects?

How to operate the PAS mode?
PAS 1: lowest level/PAS 5: highest level. Simply pedal normally, once you start pedaling, the motor will automatically deliver assist power matching the PAS level you’ve selected. It works independently of the throttle, no need to twist the throttle.
