    It seems like a solid product but it doesn’t have all the features described in the manual. Looks good though and I’m going to give it a trial over the next few days. It wasn’t particularly easy to assemble

    Performs as described. 28 mph top speed is pretty much correct. I got max of 31 mph on a downhill confirmed with GPS. My longest ride using throttle alone was 22 miles and think it would have done 25 pretty easy. And, that was in PAS 5 hard on the throttle. I did have a small problem with the lights, but when contracting Kebiko they quickly identified the problem and are sending a new part. This is my second same Kebiko ebike model I have and love them. I have to give mention of the great customer service I received and the quick response and solution to my issue. I believe they sincerely care about their customers and strive to maintain high customer satisfaction.

    Bike that is easy to assemble, easy to use and has worked very well until then. It is easy to charge, but needs a large trunk to carry, it is a little heavy.

    Look at how the battery is mounted behind the seat compared to other bikes.

    Pay attention to where the battery is mounted on this bike. It causes the seat to be directly over the pedals as opposed to behind the pedals on a normal bike. There is not enough leg room for pedaling. My wife is 5'6" and there was not enough room for her to pedal without feeling cramped up. I had to buy a new seat post (Amazon) that is angled backward to position the seat further back over the battery to give her more room, but it is still not enough and we can't raise it higher because then she can't reach the ground. Trying to make this bike right for her has been a constant pain of adjusting and re-adjusting the seat angles, height, etc. We thought about selling it at a loss and getting her a better bike. If you are over 5'2", you probably will not be comfortable riding this bike.
    Other than that (which is a huge deal), the bike is ok.

    Great for arthritis!

    I'm loving my new Euy electric bike. It has made getting outside for some exercise easier. I'm 62 with arthritis, with the pedal assist I don't put as much strain on my knee joints. I'm only 4'11" but the step through model fits me perfectly. Thank you!
