Great small-ish top bar pouch for phone, keys, wallet & snacks.

Great small-ish top bar pouch for phone, keys, wallet & snacks.
First, the double zippers run all of the way around three sides of the cover compartment which allowed me to stuff my old Note 9 cell phone in without removing its protective case and it fit perfectly once I got the retaining straps adjusted. The clear window still allowed me to navigate my screen with surprising ease and accuracy, even though I was working through not only the bike case window, but also the screen protector that is part of my phone case, so that was a pleasant surprise. Also, in spite of the rubberized zipper seal, I was also able to manipulate the phone's side buttons without having to open the case or remove the phone, so along with the small amount of shade provided by the case's little screen hood, this thing actually provided a pretty impressive level of smart phone functionality. The zipper seals worked really well, even when subjected to a prolonged dunk under a running faucet, so it's certainly nice to know that the water-proof phone, inside the water-resistant case, inside the water shedding bike case is going to stay dry. Now I just have to make sure I don't get run into a ditch by a passing motorist (the U.S. really does suck on that level, because that is a very real thing here). The three hook & loop straps provided to secure this to your top tube and steering neck are very aggressive and long enough to wrap my fatty Cannondale top tube with plenty to spare, so I'm not sure why the ad text mentions this not being appropriate for fat top tubes unless they're speaking directly about E-bikes. I can literally pick up the bike holding nothing but the bag and nothing comes even the tiniest bit loose. The buckles are some sort of thermoplastic and more than substantial enough to stand up to whatever abuse is absorbed by the straps. The internal seam tape and stitching is well done Size wise the main compartment can easily store my tool kit, a handful of energy bars and a wallet, so being quick to detach and deploy as my baseline short trip bag makes it all the more functional. A quick tug on the straps and I can carry the entire rig into the coffee shop with me in one hand, or use the straps to create a carrying handle, or just attach it to a belt. Overall this is proving to be a very capable little bit of kit that I really enjoy having. It just works, and it helps unclutter a bike ride while also offering my possibles a more secure environment. For all that it does I consider the asking price to be a very reasonable value for the money, and the product itself a lot more functional than I first thought. The reflective panels work pretty well, and there's an external port that allows a wire for earbuds to be routed that somehow stays dry, so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall a very functional pouch for a decent price.

This top tube mounted bag is good for hybrid bikes where you have the room to mount it. It attaches with the typical three Velcro straps you see on most bags, one which goes around the steering tube and two which go around the top tube. The Velcro is strong but the straps are long and will probably need to be cut once mounted. The bag is capable of holding my battery charger, two tubes, two Clif bars and tools. The phone slides into the top of the bag and is held in place by more Velcro straps. This allows the top window to see into the bag when the phone is not there. I find this bag to be too wide for a road bike, but is adequate for my hybrid, although my knees do occasionally hit it when pedaling. Overall I'd prefer something slimmer but this will suffice for most.

I’ve been using this ASKGO front frame bag for a few weeks now on both casual paved trails and rougher gravel routes, and it has quickly become an essential piece of my cycling setup. If you like having your maps, stats, and essentials right in front of you without cluttering your handlebars, this is the bag to get.
📱 Perfect Fit & Touchscreen Responsiveness
I was a bit skeptical about whether my phone would fit comfortably with its protective case still on, but it slips right into the phone compartment without a struggle. The TPU touchscreen cover is incredibly clear and, more importantly, actually responsive. I can swipe through my cycling app, check maps, or change a playlist at a stoplight without having to take the phone out.
    🧳 Surprising Storage Capacity
Beneath the phone compartment, the main storage pouch is surprisingly roomy. It easily holds my keys, a multi-tool, a CO2 inflator, some energy gels, and a small wallet without bulging or looking bulky. The internal layout keeps everything organized so things aren't rattling around while I ride.
    🔒 Rock-Solid Stability
The three-point strap system is excellent. Once you cinch it down to the top tube and headset, it does not budge. Even when standing up to pedal on steep inclines, my knees don't brush against it, and it doesn't lean or slip to the side when hitting bumps or dropping off curbs.
    🌧️ Weatherproof & Durable
The material feels premium and rugged. I got caught in a sudden downpour last weekend, and the water sheeted right off. The sealed zippers do a fantastic job of keeping moisture and dust out, giving me total peace of mind that my phone and electronics are safe.
    🛠️ Final Verdict
For the price, the build quality and design of this top tube bag are unbeatable. It’s sleek, highly functional, and solves the problem of where to securely stash your phone and gear. Highly recommended for commuters and weekend warriors alike!

This front frame bike bag is definitely an upgrade from the behind the seat bag I have. I really like that I can secure my phone with the wide heavy duty overlapping Velcro straps and actually use it. The TPU screen is highly responsive; I had no trouble whatsoever scrolling pages or accessing apps. I use wireless headphones but for those who prefer wired, there is handy access hole on the backside of the bag facing the rider. Attaching the bag onto the bike frame was super easy; the 3 Velcro straps secured it tightly and it held up strongly while riding. I mostly ride my bike in the community where I live and I like that I can access the contents of the bag easily when I stop. It’s also removable so I can take the bag with me. The storage capacity is great. I find I have more than enough room to store everything I need, like sunglasses, a snack, lip balm and a coiled bike lock. Nylon is inherently water resistant and not waterproof. If I get caught in a downpour there is no guarantee that my things remain dry but I will not be riding my bike for prolonged periods in such conditions so that didn’t even enter the equation for me as far as satisfaction with the product. The phone however is covered so unlikely to get saturated. Another plus for me is that the strips on the side of the bag are reflective for added safety; this speaks to my safety conscious self. For me this is the perfect front frame attaching bike pouch due to all its well thought out features.

10 dollars is an ok price and value for this bike bag though there are many many more options for the same price. it's nothing to write home about. the hook and loop is not particularly high quality and you wouldn't want to take it on and off a bunch of times or it will stop sticking together. the front loop that goes around a fork steerer is much too short for most bikes including the one i wanted to put it on. the bag is perfectly fine for the price but I had one from the brand Bell that lasted five years, had reinforced stitching on the straps and a rubbered bottom so it wouldn't slide side to side as much. that one was only 25 dollars from what i recall.

This is a simple, no-frills top tube phone bag that does exactly what it’s meant to do. It gives you a secure place to keep your phone visible and accessible while riding, without needing a backpack or constantly stopping.
Installation is quick and tool-free. The straps wrap around the frame and tighten down securely enough that the bag stays in place on paved roads and light trails. Once mounted, it doesn’t shift around or feel loose, which is important for something sitting right at the front of the bike.

The phone compartment fits devices under 7 inches as described, and the touchscreen window is responsive enough for quick interactions like checking maps or changing music. It’s not as smooth as direct screen use, but it gets the job done without needing to pull your phone out mid-ride.

Storage space is fairly minimal, which is expected for this style of bag. You can comfortably fit a phone and a couple small essentials like keys or a slim tool, but it’s not designed for bulk storage.

Material feels lightweight but decent for casual riding and commuting. It offers basic protection from dust and light splashes, though I wouldn’t rely on it in heavy rain without extra precautions.

Overall, this is a practical cycling accessory for riders who want phone visibility and quick access without adding bulk to their setup. It’s straightforward, easy to mount, and works well for everyday rides.

Most phone mounts for bicycles are designed for specific kind of bikes or handle bars, so it could be tricky to get the right kind and also using the phone mounts on different bikes. E-bikes are especially problematic as there are lots of attachments on the handle bar already like the control panel, throttle, gear shifters etc. This front frame bag can be used on many different bikes as it uses two Velcro straps to secure to the top frame, and another Velcro straps in front to secure to the handle bar stem, which prevents it from sliding off on either side of the top frame. The velcro straps are easily adjustable to accommodate different frames.. The storage compartment is roomy enough for some accessories or snacks. The pocket for the phone is also roomy enough so put different makes of phones. My iPhone 16 Pro fits easily in the pocket. The material is good quality and durable. This is one of the most useful accessories I have ever purchased for my bike.

a little bigger than I expected. I can fit a whole water bottle inside of here so finding a place to connect it with a little bit of a trouble. and the velcro pieces that wrap around don't really fit entirely around anywhere perfectly. but I added some more velcro and improvised in it is working fine. it gets in the way a little bit sometimes though because I'm short and have to kick my leg over everything haha

This frame-mounted phone pouch combines storage and navigation convenience in a compact package. The phone compartment is large enough for most modern devices, and the clear cover allows quick access to maps and fitness apps while riding.
The bag installs easily and stays relatively secure during normal riding conditions. Storage space underneath is useful for carrying smaller essentials without requiring additional bags.
However, screen visibility can become difficult under direct sunlight. The protective cover also slightly reduces touchscreen sensitivity, particularly for precise inputs.
The waterproofing works well in light rain, but I would still avoid prolonged exposure to heavy storms.
Overall, this frame pouch is useful and convenient for casual riders, though visibility and touchscreen limitations keep it from being perfect.
