    I already had a bike but it wasn't electric. The reason I started looking into E bikes was because I have reserved parking in the apartments I live in and would always come home from work with my spot taken, and at $30 a month (straight robbery in my opinion) I got tired of it so I originally bought this bike to go to work, I live about 10 miles and my town doesn't have the best walking paths, this bike suspension makes commute breeze, I've been riding mine since April 10th and already have 300 miles on it. Assembly took about 20 minutes no issues either.

    It came without instructions for assembly and use or documentation of any kind but if you have assembled a bicycle from China before it’s not rocket science. Some screws were over tightened and difficult to loosen for assembly. The controls are kind of intuitive once I figured out how to turn it on (hold the M button). The seven speeds are adequate for tooling around town. The power assist is awe inspiring and a little scary.

    The bike comes 80% assembled if you’re complaining about not having instructions to assemble the rest of the bike you shouldn’t buy one.
